ZEKIN has four major surface treatment processes, namely powder process, fluorocarbon process, ceramic electrophoretic coating process and wood grain process.
- Powder Spraying Process
Process principle: The powder coating is sprayed onto the surface of the workpiece through the electrostatic powder spraying equipment. Under the action of static electricity, the powder will be evenly adsorbed on the surface of the work piece to form a powder coating. The powder coating is leveled and solidified through high-temperature baking to become the final coating with different effects.
Process advantages: high efficiency and energy saving, less pollution, good coating performance, low probability of color difference
- Fluorocarbon Spraying Process
Process principle: Fluorocarbon spraying is a kind of electrostatic spraying, and also a liquid spraying way.
Process advantages: Weather resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, excellent paint film flexibility
- Ceramic Electrophoretic Coating Process
Process principle: The ceramic electrophoresis process is a type of electrophoresis, which is a sublimation version of the traditional electrophoresis process, also known as the extinction electrophoresis process.
Process advantages: Ceramic-like texture, high hardness, weather resistance, surface matte treatment, surface self-cleaning function.
- PU Wood Grain Thermal Transfer Process
Process principle: After powder spraying, based on the principle of high-temperature sublimation and heat penetration, the wood grain paper is transferred to the surface of the profile through heating and pressure.
Process advantages: Strong adhesion, non-toxic, strong three-dimensional sense, good appearance decoration, not easy to oxidize, easy to clean, surface matte treatment can reduce light reflection and light pollution;
